Hey there! Thanks for stopping by. I'm originally from Chicago and attended The French Pastry School. I hold advanced degrees and worked for major corporations as well as a professor at a midwest university for many years. I'm a very proud mom of two children that still manage to surprise me everyday. They are a constant inspiration for my macaron creations. I will tell you that my favorite macarons are available every May - but I enjoy a challenge to create something unexpected and spectacular every month! Check back often to see the latest flavors.
